They combine zesty lemon and fragrant lemon oil with there special blend of naturally gluten free flours and some sugar. This cookies are dairy-free so they use sustainable palm oil, sourced from certified Colombian Farms where wildlife and habitats are protected. It is suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs.
